For withdrawal on academic and disciplinary grounds, the policy mentioned below is strictly followed:-
A. Academics
. Failing in two or more subjects in the Annual Examination.
. If already a detainee fails again in two subjects in the Annual Examination
. Failing in any subject or securing āCā or lower grades in F.Sc 1st Year Board Examination.
. A student, who fails twice in the final examinations during his stay in the school/ college, shall not be retained in the institution under any circumstances.
B. Other Offence
The principal has full authority to fine, punish or ask a student to leave the School/ College premises at any time, if in his/ her opinion, his stay in the school/college is not in the interest of his/her fellow students (without assigning any reason). Such students will stand withdrawn from the institution even if their parents have not applied for it.
. The students are not allowed to have any obscene literature with them, nor may they keep other attractive valuable material like cameras, bicycles, scooters/ motor-cycles, VCRs, valuable watches, pens, electrical gadgets, walk-man, mobile phones, and precious ornaments, etc. Those who do so despite warnings may stand withdrawn from the institution.
. A student who gets 3 warnings for any shortcomings will stand expelled
. Improper dress/ haircut
. Poor attendance in class/ games/ other college functions
. Visiting out of bound students places
. Arriving late after bona fide leave. (especially boarders)
. Any other act of indiscipline that the principal feels is not in the favour of the college/ institution
Note: Any student who wants to leave the college will notify one month in advance.
